- Eat something/Go to bathroom ( don’t want to get interrupted by a empty stomach, or needing to go to the bathroom)
- Comfy close
- “Safe” environment
- Headphones (noise canceling preferred)
- Good posture ( if your new to meditation, try sitting up so you don’t fall asleep)
- Be intentional with your breathing
